بداية ملامح تشكيل مجموعة نعمة المتحدة للتجارة العامة والمقاولات بدأت عام 1985م عندما تأسست نعمه لأعمال الألمنيوم والتي من حينها قامت بالعديد من الأعمال في المشاريع الحكومية والخاصة والقيام بأعمال الألمنيوم من نوافذ وأبواب ومطابخ وغيرها، فأتى العام 1993م لينضم مصنع نعمه للفايبرجلاس تحت نفس الإدارة ومع مرور الوقت وتدشين العديد من خطوط الإنتاج كخزانات البولي اثيلين وأحواض السباحة الأكريليك. التوسع بالمشاريع وخطوط الإنتاج أفضى لانطلاقة مجموعة نعمة المتحدة للتجارة العامة والمقاولات في العام 2002 ومنذ ذلك الحين والمجموعة تعمل كمظلة لمجموعة كبيرة من المنتجات والخدمات تحت سقف واحد. ولم تتوقف عن توفير كل ما يمكن أن يسد حاجة العملاء فانضمت تحت المظلة مؤسسة نعمة لأدوات البناء والنجارة والحدادة لتوفير جميع أنواع الأصباغ وكل ما يلزم للبناء من عوازل ومواد مخصوصة وأدوات وغيرها. وأيضا تم تدشين مصنع لصناعة سلالم الألمنيوم وخطوط إنتاج سحب الألمنيوم. وفي العام 2009 تم تدشين خط انتاج خزانات الجي ار بي وفقا لمعايير التصنيع العالمية المعتمدة. خزانات يتم تصنيعها بقياسات مختلفة لتلبية حاجات الشركات والمصانع الكبيرة ومرافق الدولة التي تتطلب مخزون كبير من المياه. ومؤخرا ولأول مرة بالشرق الأوسط تقوم المجموعة بإنشاء خط لإنتاج أبواب الفايبرجلاس الفريدة من نوعها. بعد خبرة 30 سنة في مجال الفايبرجلاس. تقدم المجموعة منتج يُفتخر به وبجودة يعتمد عليها للعملاء. وتقدم اليوم أيضا خط إنتاج لخزانات الصرف الصحي والوقود
