Our engagement encompassed a comprehensive system study, meticulous installation, and a structured implementation process, culminating in thorough training sessions and formal project sign-off. Key modules integrated included Inventory Management, POS Sales, Drug Interaction alerts, Low Stock Notifications, and Accounting. We also developed customized product labeling for dispensed items and modified default Odoo printouts, such as purchase orders and POS thermal receipts, to align with Asnan Tower’s branding. Further customizations were made to the product master in the inventory module to incorporate specific drug-related information.
