Destiny-2000 Limited
Destiny-2000 Limited stands as the largest multilevel marketing company in Bangladesh. The company was officially registered as a limited company with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies (RJSC) on December 14, 2000, under registration number C-42075(1434)/2000. In accordance with the Company Act of 1994, the company's Memorandum and Articles of Association granted approval for conducting multilevel marketing operations, along with authorization to engage in 25 additional business activities.
The company was established through the collective efforts of five visionary individuals: Mohammad Rafiqul Amin, Mohammad Hossain, Gofranul Haque, Saidur Rahman, and Mezbah Uddin Swapan. Guided by the slogan, "Together We Build Our Dream", Destiny-2000 Ltd began its commercial activities based on the multilevel marketing model on January 5, 2001. Under the competent leadership of its founding directors, the adoption of modern marketing strategies, and effective training programs, the company made remarkable progress. By 2012, Destiny-2000 Limited had transformed into a major enterprise, with a network of 4.5 million members.
However, in June 2012, the company’s operations were temporarily halted following two cases filed by the Anti-Corruption Commission against its High officials. After 12 years of legal proceedings, the Honorable High Court issued a landmark ruling Company Matter (Case No. 173/2022) on September 1, 2022, which provided directions for the resumption of the company’s activities, heralding a new chapter for Destiny-2000 Ltd.
With the appointment of Honorable High Court. Barrister Prashanta Bhushan Barua (Dated 19-05 2024) as the Board Chairman, along with other court-appointed directors, the company has successfully recommenced its operations, entering a new area of growth and success.
