As a Customer Success Manager, you will represent the long lasting commercial point of contact of all your customers. You will ensure customer satisfaction as well as the development of their businesses by offering new features and renewing their Odoo contracts. You will be in contact with financial directors, IT directors and CEOs of small and large companies, and you will revolutionize the way they work.
The business scope of Odoo is so large that you'll never stop learning, and with a bit of creativity, you'll have a solution to most of your clients' pain points. With such a scope, you'll quickly master all aspects of entrepreneurship, to advise clients as an expert. It's not all about sales, it's also about providing value to your clients.
Your responsibilities will be to:
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients in Africa
- Analyze and understand your clients' IT projects in depth: you will be their Odoo sales expert!

Identify potential future sales: increase the use of your customers' software by offering them the best package available from Odoo
- Present the product (new applications, features) and new versions to end users
- Negotiate contract renewals: from monthly subscriptions to multi-year subscriptions
This is a sales position for people who are excited to work where business and software meet. You will learn different management practices across various industries and how Odoo's various applications (there are over 50!) can be used to serve business needs.
This position requires a proactive individual with a result-oriented mindset.
ProfilE
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Business
- Strong business knowledge and curiosity
- Genuine interest in software products
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong relationship and negotiation skills
- Work permit for Kenya (if applicable)
Nice to Have
- Result oriented and outgoing personality
- Previous experience in Sales and Account Management
- Knowledge of ERP and SaaS software
- Work hard/play hard attitude
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience working with African countries

- Odoo keeps full ownership of the commercial relationship

We work with clients in two different service models.
In some cases, Odoo manages everything from sales to implementation.
In others, we stay the commercial contact while a Partner delivers the implementation.
