Hi,
i have a problem with my reports. When my Odoo-installation tries to convert
my reports to PDF, then the footer is gone and the header is only on the first page.
The biggest problem is, that the page break goes wrong. Description from the last product
on previous page, overlaps the table-header.

I searched for this problem and figured out, that it is a problem with
wkhtmltopdf. My Server is running with wkhtmltopdf version 0.12.2.1 (the latest i found).
To test it i installed wkhtmltopdf version 0.12.1, it solved my issue.

But i don't want to use an old version of wkhtmltopdf. Is there already a solution.
So please let me know.

My Odoo runs local on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS 64bit.
Odoo version is 8.0 from https://github.com/odoo/odoo.

Maybe somebody had the same issue.

Thanks

Thank you, for your answer. If it is recommended i will use Wkhtmltopdf 0.12.1. I just thought some other stuff would maybe not working then.

No problem Andre. You shouldn't have any problems and everything should just work with 0.12.1! Everything works perfect with that version :) Best of luck.

Hi Andre

Currently there is no fix yet from Odoo for Wkhtmltopdf version 0.12.2.x.
An official statement from one of the developers:

At the moment please keep using the 0.12.1 version as written in the documentation (https://www.odoo.com/documentation/8.0/setup/install.html#deb)

The recommended version is 0.12.1 and is available on the wkhtmltopdf download page, in the archive section. As there is no official release for Debian Jessie, you can find ours on http://nightly.odoo.com/extra/.

You can read more about it here:

So I'd advise you to stick with 0.12.1!
