In odoo12 CRM module can an email be sent to the customers using user personal email address instead of outgoing mail username. Receiver receives email always from the outgoing mail username. I also made my own email template and send email from a button click but still from email at receiver is outgoing mail username.

My ultimately goal is to in CRM module send email to the customer using own email address instead of outgoing mail username.
