When I try to setup Mail Plugin, I can make all steps refered in the tutorial, however, after granting permission, I get the following error:

Permission to access your database needs to be granted.

Integrations > Mail Plugin is active.

Using saas~16.1+e

Any suggestion?

Hi, all!

According to support, there was a bug that has been fixed by developer team. After implementation of the build (end of March 2023), the problem disappeared only after deactivating and reactivating the Email Plugin.

Hi I had the same issue. Just uncheck mailing plug-in checkbox then save and select the option again To reinstall the plugin.
