Database migration from odoo 10 to 14(Community) - Openeupgrade

Does anyone give an idea how to use openupgrade to migrate database from 10 to 14.The documentation is not clear at all.Please help

You can upgrade one version at a time.
10 -> 11 -> 12 -> 13
However, version 14 is not yet ready to upgrade with openupgrade.
