Andrzej Pietrusiak is an AI engineer at Odoo, where he experiments and architects the company’s automatic-speech-recognition pipeline, paving the way for speech-to-text in VoIP and other apps. Earlier, during his master’s at Vrije Universiteit Brussel, he worked on cochlear-bone segmentation with deep-learning models. Off the clock, he swaps the keyboard for the helm as sailing captain.

Ever wish you could search every customer call or have meeting minutes without typing a word?
In this session we’ll demo and explain our new speech-to-text features. How we applied them in Odoo VoIP and Knowledge apps. Explain how do we captures conversations in real time, stores the transcript inside your database. We’ll keep the tech jargon light so the talk is interesting also to non-techies.
