Catalina Daniels is a seasoned entrepreneur, investor, and advisor with a deep passion for startups. She spent the first 17 years of her career at McKinsey & Company, where she became a partner before transitioning into entrepreneurship and angel investing.

Currently, Catalina is a Venture Partner at Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator (ERA), New York’s leading tech accelerator, where she mentors US founders and supports international startups expanding into the US. She also chairs Birdhouse, a European accelerator focused on age tech, and serves on startup boards, working closely with founders to navigate growth and scaling challenges.

She co-authored Smart Startups: What Every Entrepreneur Needs to Know – Advice from 18 Harvard Business School Founders (HarperCollins, 2023), a practical guide for early-stage entrepreneurs.

A Belgian national, Catalina splits her time between the US (New York) and Europe (Belgium, the Netherlands, and Spain). She remains deeply committed to social impact, having served on the board of Special Olympics, where she also held an executive role for the European Games.
