After he graduated in Marketing, François took diverse roles in marketing and product management. His career spanned from an online pharmacy's Marketing and Loyalty Specialist to a broadcast company's Product Owner and Product Manager. Seeking a more practical approach, he transitioned to a SME, where he identified key challenges in the day-to-day job and administration. In 2022, he joined Odoo as a Product Owner, focusing on enhancing Spreadsheet, Dashboard, and other applications to empower users worldwide.

Richard arrived at Odoo in 2021 and worked as a Business Analyst & Project Manager after he graduated from Engineering and a complementary Master in Business Intelligence. He is also part of the expertise team, as a Tech Expert and recently started promoting and building the Business Intelligence Service along with his colleague Hugo. As a data enthusiast, it is only natural that Richard's steps led him down this road, colored with numerous cases to be solved.
