Denis Guillot has more than 20 years of experience with ERP system implementations for various sized businesses. In the last 7 years, he has been focusing on Odoo ERP. At Port Cities, Denis holds the role of CTO and sets course for innovations in the offered services. He takes part in complex implementations which require deep technical knowledge of Odoo, as well the importance of the right system infrastructure and other frameworks.


Go-Jek is the Uber in southeast Asia. Their subsidiary Go-Send handles 30,000+ deliveries of packages of all sizes every day. Up to 1,000,000 requests daily come only from the mobile application of the end users. Odoo works as an engine between the apps and requests of customers and logistics operations and the drivers themselves.


Odoo 12 Enterprise was connected to several other systems and applications using high-performance API and serves as a centralized system for managing all the customer sales orders, deliveries, transfers and work orders for the operators and delivery men.


Denis Guillot, CTO of Port Cities and technical leader of this project, will guide you through the story of this complex implementation and the final solution which has been reliably working for this customer since the January 1st of this year.
