why
Stock Valuation Account (Incoming) and Stock Valuation Account (Outgoing) keeps as only many2one (not property fields) ?
any particular reason for keeping it so? What is the best way to set these accounts in Multi-company environment.

A stock can not be owned (and therefore valuated for) by multiple entities for legal reasons.
