hi i have the same problem i do all the sale order but the delivery checkbox is not marked and the paid checkbox is not marked the delivery work flow end and done but the paid invoice still open and does not complete.

Have you done delivery order after process the sale order? If not do the delivery order, delivery checkbox will not be marked. And you have to do payment for the related sale order and post the journal.
i have do deliver order then sale order and the to checkbox do not marked
Did you inherit sale.order object state field in your any own module?
i do not understand you please if you can explain to me
