Good day

I am inquiring if it is at all possible to create a closed loop of question/answers using Odoo's chatbot ie. if it reverts back to the original first question branch to allow the user to ask different questions, like asking 'if there is anything else I can help you with' after creating a lead. Currently, the bot ends the conversation eventually after a few question branches and when a new conversation begins the user is asked again for his email and name.

My final question is, is it possible to remove the rating at the end? We have no need for the user to rate there chat experience, it is after all prewritten responses
