I have a website on Odoo Online (18.0) and I am experiencing serious performance issues on my homepage.

These are my Google PageSpeed results:

Performance: 47

• First Contentful Paint: 7.9 s

• Largest Contentful Paint: 12.4 s

• Total Blocking Time: 400 ms

According to PageSpeed, the requests that block the initial rendering are:

• web.assets_frontend.min.css: 142 KB – 2,970 ms

• Font Awesome (Cloudflare): 19 KB – 900 ms

• Google Fonts: 3 KB – 1,560 ms

My concerns are:

• I don’t know how to reduce the size of the web.assets_frontend.min.css bundle (it is generated by the theme and I cannot modify it on Odoo Online).

• I cannot prevent Odoo from loading Google Fonts.

• I also cannot remove Font Awesome, which is included in the theme.

• I don’t understand why the LCP is so high if my images are already optimized.

I have already reduced the images and removed several elements from the page, but the website is still very slow. That's bad for my SEO ranking !!

I don’t see any option in the Odoo interface that would allow me to improve this.

I need help understanding the real cause of the problem and what solutions exist within Odoo to improve the speed.
