In odoo can a sale order contain multiple delivery address for example one product to one location and another product is another location is it possible in V1

No, it is not possible without customization.
However, it is possible to manually create multiple delivery orders with different delivery addresses linked to an SO.
2. Duplicate the Delivery order and modify delivery address, product & qty. Repeat as many times as required
3. Cancel the original Delivery order.
4. The SO now has multiple delivery orders with different delivery locations.
This approach is practical only if the need to split delivery of SOs is far and few.
