Is there any way to import a ms-project csv file into the OpenERP project manager?

Yes, just use the regular CSV Import feature provided by OpenERP. This other answer explains how.
You want to import Tasks, and need to provide at least the Name, Start date and End date.

Could you elaborate this.
I am running OpenERP 7 and when go to the /projects/task tab i can click on "create" og "add new column.
I have found and import option in /phases i dont know if thats the way to do it.
