Hi,

I'd ike to use multiple sequences, one sequence for each of the company activities:

CR/2023/001 -> Invoice for Bed and breakfast

OO/2023/001 -> Invoice for Olive Oil sales

IT/2023/001 -> Invoice for my customers as IT consultant

I want to manually select the sequence when I create the invoice.


Should a wrote the code, or there is any trick in Oddo, or existing module ?

I'm running Odoo v16 ce on ubnutu.

To solve this you could create 3 different Journals of type sales and select the one you want when creating the invoice.

Hi Ricardo,

If I create 3 Journals, I just cannot select the journal in the invoice form. The field is not visible. Any idea why ?

please specify the odoo version and hosting?
to improve the quality of the answers you can add this in the Tags, e.g. for version 16 Community, v16ce
If you are using Odoo community you need to enable "Full accounting features" to see the journal field in invoices.

Thanks Ricardo, It works.

What was missing is to enable the full accounting feature.

What I did:
- Setting / User and companies
- Select Groups
- Search for "full accounting"
- Add my users to the group "Show Full accounting features".
Logout / login.
