In odoo 8, I use this module each day since many years : https://www.odoo.com/apps/modules/8.0/sale_layout/
It is not available for Odoo 10 on this url. Can we imitate this module in Odoo 10?

I have found the trick!
In Sales / Configuration / Settings
Hello
In Sale -> Setting (in debug mode).
You have an option:
Sales Reports Layout
- Do not personalize sales orders and invoice reports
- Personalize the sales orders and invoice report with categories, subtotals and page-breaks
It is probably what you are looking for ... no ?

Hi Pascal. What about the 'comments between the lines' ? With this settings in Odoo10, did you manage to create comments like you explained in your older post ? Thanks
