Here is a use case when it turns out to be very useful : B2B e-commerce login
In this use case, the client needs to be able to automate the registration process.
To ask for log in credentials, customers need to send a form with their information.
The form creates a new task in project (or in any other model of your choice).
We want to fix the name of the task to "log in request" to be able to easily find the requests.
Create an automated action to send an email when a new task is created where "name='log in request'"
