How to enable MRP(Procurement) scheduler configuiration in webclient view, such that we can set scheduler timing manually.

Please go to Settings->User and enable Technical Features
After settings, you may need to logout and login

What I understood is that you want to edit Procurement Scheduler configuration from direct from Web-client GUI. If it is so, then go to the Settings --> Technical --> Scheduler --> Scheduled Action. Open 'Run MRP Scheduler' record and edit it as per your need. If its not so, let me know in details.

Yes You understand correctly my question... But I am not able to find "Technical" menu under my "Settings" , How to enable Technical menu??? I am using opnerp 7.0
You need to enable Technical Features group. For that, Go to the Users, open your current logged user record, say for ex. Admin and In Access rights tab, Tick the boolean Technical Feature and save it. After reloading Home page, You will able to see Technical menu under Settings menu.
