How i can create more than one odoo 12 service on windows.
I created service in windows but its not start. if there is any option to avoid create service in windows

Make sure both servers are not using same port (default 8069).
If yes, change the port and try again.

I know what you want. I am asking that did you try to check that? Because you cannot run multiple servers/instances on same port.
