How Odoo Studio Automated Actions to Push Notification on Record Creation

Hi Guys, i want to know how to do a  Odoo Studio Automated Action to Push Notification to iphone or android on Record Creation / update of record.

Configure *Odoo Cloud Notification (OCN)*
*Go To General Settings -> *Odoo Cloud Notification (OCN) section**
*Enable *Push Notification
