How i can get remaining leaves count of any time off type

Question

I want to get a count of remaining leaves of time off type in odoo using the env variable or any inbuilt method if you know please help me I don't want to create a custom module.

Possible solution: Count allocation leaves of time off type and subtract with take leave for that time off type
Is there any other solution?

You can see the balance leaves in the reporting section of Time off.

Odoo's default field definition provides the necessary information to calculate the total leave count.

i create a new allocations " Casual Leaves" in time off module in odoo. it can be 12 days per year. i mean 1 day per month. 1 CL will be assigned in the beginning of each month. The balance of unutilized CL will be lapsed at the end of every quarter i.e. CL will be lapsed after 3 months if not used. i want if the employee can't take his casual leave per month this leaves lapsed after 3 months in remaining out of days. how can i in odoo. leaves allocation odoo16features Timeoff	0 d’ag. 23	2329
