Good Morning All
I am looking for more information on the hardware specs required to run Odoo. I have been given the specs via the chat but to me they seem to contradict themselves. Our team is small (7 users) but they will also use it at the same time. Two people have been testing it on a dual core PC but it is dreadfully slow. The specs below suggest a dual core PC should be OK. However the specs at the top are below the minimum required specs? There is no mention of clock speed either? I emailed odoo support but unless I pay them for support they will not help me. Hopefully someone here can.

For a 5 user site = 2 CPU server and 2 GB Ram
For 20 user site = 4 CPU server and 8 GB Ram
For 100+ user site = recommend splitting app and database servers, 2 x 8 CPU servers with 32 GB Ram
Minimum Server Specification
Processor = Intel (64 bit)
Number of Processors = 1
Processor Core available = 6
Memory = 8 Gigabyte
OS = Ubuntu 14.04 LTS
Recommended server:
Processor = Intel (64 bit)
Number of Processors = 2
Processor core available = 8
Memory = 16 Gigabyte
OS = Ubuntu 14.04
HDD = Up to client

Are you trying to install it in On-premise?. For up to 10 users we use a 6-core and 6 Gb RAM Virtual server with SSD and symmetrical bandwith connection.
