I have tried developer mode but i do not see anyplace to enable subtask for odoo10. please help.

Yes, Ray is right. Didn't see that field for some reason.
This setting should be on the Project settings, not to be enabled from a project.
Is there a technical setting that must be turned on to see this? I have looked in both the Community and Enterprise versions in Odoo 10 with and with out developer mode and I can't see the sub-task project box nor the check boxes for Issues as or Allow timesheets.
You need to install hr_timesheet for this field to be visible.
Hi,
If this question is still open, just like to suggest.In the project.project module, there is a tech field name, subtask_project_id for Sub-task Project field.
Now in Odoo 10 Enterprise only by activating the developer mode This field is available in the project settings from where you can choose.
