I would like to disable some configurations that install other modules.
For example: in Configuration -> Account -> eInvoice & Payments there is a configuration "Manage customer payment follow-ups " if you tick that it's going to install the module account_followup.
I'd like to keep the others configuration, just disable the ones that allow the user to install new modules.
