I have a custom packing slip template setup in the reports section using studio but for some reason when it generates the report on an inventory transfer item with the state ‘done’ (rather than draft, waiting, or ready) it generates the report with the default template information.


Any ideas on how to fix this or where the issue may be would be much appreciated.

Hi,

I think in the corresponding template there is two section/div based on the state, you might have made changes inside the first div which is displayed in  draft states. That's why you are not getting the template customization in done state.


So you have to apply the changes for the other div also.

Thank you for the reply Niyas. That what was missing, I had missed the visibility section on a parent element that was causing the changes to be hidden on the done state.
