We are on a nightly channel so we receive continuous OpenERP 7 updates. We are now on 7.0-20140217-002618-1

We have a BOM products which is made or 4 input components. Until a month ago our BOM products worked well, but since then the problems started and now we have a truly bizarre problem.

Outline:

To make this BOM product one of each Part 1, Part 2, Part 3 and Part 4 are needed ie.

1 x Finished product: 1 x Part A 1 x Part B 1 x Part C 1 x Part D

Now when we request to manufacture 1 x Finished product our OpenERP brings up a manufacturing request that looks like this:

1 x Finished product: 0.25 x Part A 0.25 x Part B 0.25 x Part C 0.25 x Part D

This is completely crazy! The BOM parts are bolts and mechanical items, they cannot be divided into a value less than one. The BOM specifies one of each Part, but once we issue a manufacturing order the request that OpenERP generates is for 0.25 of each part. It appears to be taking the total number of parts in the BOM and using it as a denominator.

Please help. This appears to be a bug so also please advise when will this be fixed as the current situation is maddening.
