I recently discovered some user-related issues in my inventory. These issues come from validating transfers using the barcode app. This is what I've noticed:


My employees can validate a transfer without scanning. A user taps on the "Validate" button on the lower right-hand side of the screen, sees a warning, ignores it, and validates the transfer.




Sometimes, my physical counts are different from the Odoo amounts. If I have 10 units in Odoo but only have 8 units in my stock and an employee just taps on "Validate", then I still haven't fixed the inconsistency and it carries over to the next transfer or location. 


I know that an inventory adjustment will help me update the quantity so that it matches the physical stock, but is there a way to prevent a user from continuing with a transfer without scanning at least one product?

Don't get me wrong, the warning is helpful. I just want my employees to scan a transfer.

Is this possible?

To prevent a user from validating a full picking as an immediate transfer in the Barcode app, change the value of the checkbox "Allow full picking validation". By default, this checkbox is set to TRUE (i.e. the checkbox is marked). By deselecting the checkbox, the "Validate" button seen on a transfer is no longer clickable by the user.
