As a new learner to odoo, I have lot of difficulties with it. but one that is important to my field is account currency. 

I don't know how to add new country's currency to the system. because the currency in my country does not exist. 

Anyone have done that or know the way of doing that please help and give suggestion about it.

See the below snapshot from V11 online :

You can do that from Invoicing settings: check multi-currencies and then activate other currencies

Which version of Odoo is it that you working with?

You may have to turn developer mode on in order to see the symbol. Otherwise you'll get an error while creating a new currency.
