I am searching for possibilities of availability of CLAIMof product in OpenERP 7.

Can we claim a particular product from invoice. and do various actions like that of product return of faulty claim.

If the invoice is for 2 products A, B each having a different warranty, I have a faulty product A which is currently in warranty. So the product can be claimed by the customer and our product from inventory must be provided. So how to obtain this scenario
