Using this doc as a guide and I'm not getting the same options. Looking at the image, you can see there is a Traceability section on the form where you can add serial numbers. This option is not available on my form under Warehouse->Internal Moves->Products->AddItems
When adding a product, there is just a blank space where the image has Traceability. I really need to associate a serial number with an internal move and I can't figure out how to do so. The serial numbers are already associated to the products but this form isn't allowing me to add the serial numbers. What am I missing?
