Odoo disrupts the traditional ERP players with an affordable yet comprehensive and effortless suite of business apps. Side-by-side with the R&D department, the business services team aims at providing Odoo customers with the same differentiating factors in their day-to-day implementations. In order to go beyond the functional analysis, the expertise team designed new services to lay the ground for future Odoo implementations. Have you ever wondered how to launch a website by following the right SEO strategy? What about making the most of your current data set through proper data analytics? And what if we were to rethink the supply chain processes before engaging ourselves in the actual implementation?

Let's see together how we have put the business need at the heart of an implementation and how strategic it is to do so. Through the lens of our Strategic Supply Chain service, you'll understand the methodology put into place and the outcome you can expect. Poor warehousing practices and supply chain alignement due to in-house lack of expertise clearly increase the risk of a WMS/ERP implementation failure, as well as reduce the benefits from such implementation. Leaning on this observation, our Strategic Supply Chain service provides a strong methodology to assess warehouse operations, as well as improve these thanks to a detailed action plan.
