Golfinger est la société de gestion du Golf du Château de la Bawette. Qui offre un parcours de Golf de 18 trous à Wavre.
La principale exigence était d'avoir un outil de gestion interne pour gérer les ventes directes et la comptabilité. L'un des plus grands défis était l'importation de factures à partir d'un logiciel de la Fédération Royale Belge de Golf (I-GOLF).
Nous avons implémenté le système ERP Odoo avec un module de point de vente pour gérer la boutique. Nous avons simplifié la création de factures de cotisation à partir d'I-GOLF dans Odoo. Nous avons également mis le client en contact avec une Fiduciaire Odoo.
Nous avons permis à la Bawette de s’équiper d’un outil comptable moderne leur permettant un accès en temps réel aux différents rapports comptable pour mieux piloter l’entreprise.
