Website Free Product Sample Request Odoo Apps
Want to send free product sample to your customer/visitors to try out for new products? You can easily do that with this Odoo apps.
This Odoo module app will helps you add new sample products which you can publish on website for free to try out as sample. Visitors/Customar can select sample product and ask for free sample request and it will be register customers details on backend which you can use to send sample product and also it will be added on Mailing List/NewsLetter for future to send Promotional Product easily.
Features
Configure Product Details
User can configure product details for sample free product will be display on website.
Request Register from Back-end
Sample product Request register on backend with details of customer etc. contact name, address,mobile number etc.
Confirm Submit Registration & Confirm Request Notification
Make product as Sample product for free product before launching it so customer can try it out and provide feedback.
Request Register from Website
Sample product Request register on backend with details of customer etc. contact name, address,mobile number etc.
Send Mail
Automatically send mail when user submit the registration details.
Display Free Sample Tab on Website
User can see the free sample button on website.Configuration Sample Products
In BackEnd you can configure Sample Products as shown in Figure.
Goto Sales > Products.
In Products, You can select "Sample Product" set as True and click on Published button for publishing products as a sample products.
View Sample Product
You can see the list and kanban view which is shown in fig. for all sample products under the menu "Sample Product".
Free Sample Page
When customers visits your website they will find new menu on top "Free Sample" which is shown in the Fig. and Clicking on that tab they will see the list of all Sample Products which you configured on BackEnd Side which is shown above.
Customers needs to click on select button which they want to request for a sample which is explained in Fig. Below.
Request a Sample
After clicking on Select button which is shown above, Customer can request for Sample Product by filling the information which is shown in Fig.
After filling the information you need to Submit the details.
Submit Successfully Notification
After submitting the information you will land up to Thank you page where you will see a coloured text which is shown in Fig. which asks customers to confirm the sample request from Email as well.
Customer needs to confirm the Sample Request from Email. Its mandatory to confirm the sample product request from Email.
Sample Request
In BackEnd side, List of sample request will be created which are requested from website in "Sample Request" menu under sales which is shown in Fig.
You can also see the Details of the customer who asked for the demo product.
In second image it shows that the request is in draft, it defines that yet the customer has not confirmed the Sample Product Request from Email.
Confirmation Email
The view that shown in the fig. is of the mail that you get after customer clicks on Sample Request on website which is mentioned above.
Here as shown in Fig. Customer needs to click on Confirm Request Button to confirm a request.
Confirm Sample Request
By confirming the request on Email which is shown above, again Thank you page will appear that confirms the request and in backEnd, status will be changed from Draft to Confirm which is shown in second Fig.
