* How Can I Handle Employee’s Shifts Weekly By Using Default Odoo System?
* How Can I Define Different Weekends For Every Department Or Group Every Week or Month Or Shift?
* How Can I Define “Fixable Hours” Using Odoo System?
* How Can I Define “Break Time” For Every Shift By Default Odoo System?


Odoo Defulat Can’t Answer Above Question,

Main Features


* You can define list of Shifts which will be include (Start & End Time)
* You can define flexible hours per shift.
* You can define Break Time (Start & End Time) for lunch or praying times
* You can Define the default rest days per shift (Weekend)
* You can assign Shift for Employee, Or Department Or specific employees by Using Tag.
* You can define different shifts for employee as every specific period, It will handle Ramadan Shift for Arab Countries.


Note:-

If you used Our Other Modules, So As per Employee’s Shift the attendance Penalty It will applied automatically.

How Can You Use IT?


1. Go to HR→ Configuration→ Shifts
2. Create New Shift
3. Write a Name For Shift Ex Morning Shift
4. Enter Fixable Hours Ex: 1 Hour
5. Select Default Holiday Days Per Shift
6. Select Break Periods Per Shift


Then Go to Assign Shift

7. Create New Assigning Shift, and enter a name for it, Ex: Development Department Shift
8. Choose The mode of assigning ( Per Employee, Per Department, Per Tag
9. According to Selected Module enter Employees, Departments, Tags which you want to assign that Shift to them,
10. Select Shift, and define applying period (From & To)
11. You can change the default Rest Days, Fixable Hours,…etc) if you wish


Note:-
