Manage Users Login Rules in Odoo
Rules by Group or User and by Company
Define login rules by groups or single users, company dependent in a multicompany configuration.
- Set a week calendar to define when users can login, by company; [DONE]
- Restrict multiple sign in for same user, by company; [DONE]
- Set user session timeout, by company; [DONE]
- You can define rules by group or user, definitions in users prevails over group ones. [DONE]
- Admin user doesn't have calendar or multi-session restrictions, only timeout. [DONE]
- Restrict accesses by client IPs. [TODO]
Global Sessions Management
Better Security!
Administrators can manage easily the open sessions, and have control of who is logged in, from wich IP,
giving better view of users behaviours, improving overall security and control.
Access it at Settings>Technical>Security menu.
- Global sessions logs; [DONE]

- Session state;
- Login/Logout date time;

- Close any active session. [DONE]
- Show user login IP (even behind a proxy). [DONE]
- Show user login IP Location using GeoIP library (don't forget to install it). [DONE]

Self Session Management
Full Control of Your Own Sessions
Every user can manage his own sessions from preferences, improving overall security:
- Users can see their own logs in preferences; [DONE]
- Users can close their active sessions in preferences; [DONE]
- Users can choose to close all sessions except current one. [TODO]

if you have geoip installed don't forget to download GeoIP.dat and place into default folder or otherwise system will prevent you from login. Or edit the main.py and at line 171 add a IOError exception to prevent this from happening.
IMPOSSIBLE!
PAY ATTENTION: there is a clone of this module in apps, you should double check if you really installed tko_web_sessions_management (the TKOBR, this one), and not the cloned one, wich we don't support. As I wrote bellow, we are using this module in our own production database for months, and of course, without any issue. EVEN MORE: All, and I say again ALL, our clients have this module installed without any issue at all. Besides them a lot of others too. Also it's impossible to not be able to uninstall an Odoo module, you must be doing something terribly wrong, you should ask for help as soon as possible, or you may get into deep troubles very soon. Your approach is not very constructive, because if you really have any issue with it, you can use sac@tkobr.com wich we will gladly answer and help you understand what you did wrong. This way you are not building a thing, and worst you are creating unfounded doubts in other users minds, for sure they need to use this module, taking advantage of the increased security and user loggin control they will gain by installinng it, this will be good for all Odoo community. IMHO this is something that should be part of Odoo base from the start. Feel free to ask for help, emailing sac@tkobr.com, we are very responsive and supportive, and for sure we will have someone that could help you, no matter hard it will be. Regards,

This module is a shit, it fucked up my database, and it cant be uninstalled
my database crashes on installing these modules. it's bullshit.

Hi Kaushaya, thank you for your rate. We are using this module ourselves for months, and all our version 8.0 clients also tested on nightly builds, also we have code permanently updated on apps. We have made great enhancements in last month, without any issue in any database.
