When the customers send messages to us don't appear on Odoo and we can't response on time.

It must be a configuration problem.
If you need to reload the page to see them, then it is a problem with your server, you must enable websocket in Odoo 16 (longpolling in previous versions).

Issue with Purchasing a Module.
Today July 10, 2023, I made a purchase for this module. However, when trying to complete the payment process, I encountered an error that prevented me from receiving the module. Despite being charged for the transaction, I have been unable to access the download or any related information pertaining to the module.
I have attached screenshots to this email that showcase the responses I have received from Odoo, as well as the error encountered. Additionally, I would like to highlight that I have attempted to contact Odoo to resolve this issue, but have not yet received any satisfactory response.
