If you don't know how to login to WhatsApp, just follow the instruction from here
All users of odoo can login to their WhatsApp individually,
i.e. each Odoo user will have their own Session. They can Logout from general settings.
Also they have Logout option in their WhatsApp Mobile App.

Requirements
phonenumbers python library - sudo python3 -m pip install phonenumbers
selenium python library - sudo python3 -m pip install --upgrade selenium
Google Chrome browser (Skip if already installed - Just update it)
wget https://dl.google.com/linux/direct/google-chrome-stable_current_amd64.deb
sudo dpkg -i google-chrome-stable_current_amd64.deb
If any error occurs during Google Chrome Installation
sudo apt-get install -f
Give permissions to this module
sudo chmod -R 755 /path/to/module/whatsapp_integration

Need help to install on v16 hosted version
Hi, i bought the module but havent been able to install it. We tryed and installation requiered odoo sh wich is very costly. We use odoo hosted version. Please send us installation guide for hosted version

Hi,
I have purchased this module, but when I try to send WhatsApp message from the contact it do not generate the QR Code and give me the following error
"Oops, Something went wrong! please click on Retry to send the message"
So please help me to configure this module so I can use it
Also want to ask you one more question, once I will scan and log in and then when I try to send another message to another contact do I need to Scan the QR Code again?
and can multiple user can scan their own number and send messages from their own number?

What if customer reply our message? Does it handle in odoo?
What if someone send message to our whatsapp? Does it handle in odoo?

Hello thanks for showing interest in our module, it's only used for send outgoing messages, if someone send messages it will be only received to your WhatsApp only. This module doesn't handle incoming message. You can send audio messages as attachment.
In near future we'll create separate module for that.

Hi, Does this ticket also integrate customer messages into tickets and can you answer them then by whatsapp? Is there also a check, that if the connection with whatsapp is lost you will get a warning? Thanks
