Recurring Sales Quote and Send Quotation Request to Customer
Create Quotation Request from Quotation Reminder Email
This module allows you to create quotation requests by sending reminder email to your customers every month on specific dates (Day can be configured on customer form.).
Customers will get a link and on click of that link customer will redirect to your website (See below screenshot for more details.) and select products (Maximum 10 product lines can be selected/requested on one quotation request for different products by your customer).
Main Features:
- Send Quotation Request - By Email (Scheduler)
- Sends the email to request for creating quotations to the selected customers every month on a specific day.
- Need configuration on customer form with new tab for Quotation email. Check the box Send Email Quotation? to send recurring email quotations to that customer and that will open a new field called Day of Month.
- It will also send the notification to the related salesperson on the customer form and thank mail to the customer after submitting the order.

Configuration On Customer Form
This customer form allow user to first set whether company want to send email to customer for quotation. If option to Send Email Quotation is checked then it will allow user to setup which day of the month email should be send to notify user to create quote from website.
This salesperson will be automatically set up in the quotation.
Scheduler - Send Email to Customers
Everyday scheduler will run and check for customers who have been setup for reminder and send email accordingly to customer email address.
Customer Request to Create Quote - Email
On selected day of month customer will get the reminder email. This email contains the link of quotation create form on website.
Website Quotation Screen
After clicking on above link from email, customer can select products and quantity. Clicking submit button will create sales quotation in Odoo backend and send notification email to sales manager and Thank you email to customer.
Thank You Message
Thank You Email to Customer
Customer will receive email notification and thanks email.

When quotation will create from website by customer that time sales manager will be inform by email.
