  • Click on 'Apps'

  • Create a Microsoft Azure account on the Azure portal.
  • Create a new resource ‘App registrations’.

  • Add your app name and choose the account type.
  • Click ‘Register’.

  • After registering your app you can see your ‘Application (client) ID’

Redirect URL

  • Click on 'Add Redirect URL'.

  • Select 'Web' as your redirect URL platform.
  • Click ‘Register’.

  • Under the heading of 'Redirect URL' add your Odoo URL.

  • Go to 'Certificates & Secrets'
  • Click on ‘New client secret’.

Office 365 Settings

  • After completing the process above go to Settings and open the user whoase account you want to integrate .
  • Copy 'Application ID' and 'Secret ID' ftom Azure portsl and enter here.
  • Click on save.

  • After completing the process above go to Settings and open the "Office 365 Setting" .
  • Enter the duration for auto schedular.
  • Select the type of schedular you want to run for all user.
  • Click on save.
  • Click on "Apply Schedular Setting Button.

  • You will see login Office 365 button over there.
  • Click Login Button, it will open Office 365 login page
  • After successfully login in Office 365 account you will be able to get access of your Office 365 Account.

  • Enter your Office 365 email id.

  • Check 'Consent on behalf of your organisation'
  • Click on accept to accept permissions.

  • After successfully login in Office 365 account you will see this message.
  • The page will be redirected back to Odoo.

Office 365 Import Operation

  • After Successful login of Office 365 account, here you can see the buttons to perform operation by selecting these buttons you will able to import and export data between Office 365 and Odoo.
  • In import contacts you can import based on contacts category.
  • If category isn't selected contacts of all categories will be imported.
  • In import calendars you can import based on calendar type and category.
  • If category isn't selected calendar of all categories will be imported.
  • You can activate auto scheduler from here. If you want to perform manual sync you have the option to import data based on date range specified here.

Office 365 Export Operation

  • Similarly export operations can be performed.
  • You can activate auto scheduler from here. If you want to perform manual sync you have the option to export data based on date range specified here.

Office 365 Emails

  • Office 365 emails are shown on the contact page.
  • From here you can send emails to your contacts. The emails you will receive will also be shown here after importing them from the Office 365 configuration menu.

Office 365 To Do Section

  • In order to view 'To Do' task you can click on 'To Do' on the navigation menu.
  • Here you can see your 'To Do' tasks in both kanban and list view.

Office 365 Import/Export Logs

  • In order to view logs you can click on 'Logs' on the navigation menu.
  • Here you can see your logs of import/export operations.

Yes, it can sync contacts and calendars with each user account with manual sync. The auto schedule doesn't have the preference to setup it for each user, but this feature is also under development and will be available in our next release.

1 can email sync can be filtered by time or does it sync all email since inception?

2 how do you chose which contacts are synced from ODOO to Outlook or does everyone get all of the contacts synced from ODOO to Outlook

1) Yes, we have a From Date & To Date filter that we can apply for Emails, Contacts and Events.

2) Yes, all contacts get synced within the selected Time Range Filter

Hi,

Your products looks very interesting so some questions please as we would be using the Enterprise version of Odoo

1) What's your policy on pricing when Odoo moves to the next Enterprise version, is there an upgrade price that's different from paying the full price again.

2) Why does the full synchronisation not work on Enterprise, will it eventually and if so when?

3) If we ask you to customise the module and pay for that customisation, what happens if Odoo updates the enterprise version and it needs tweaking to make it work on the new version?
