Right now we are interested in the product, but we are yet to be approved by the projects department, so I would like to know if you have a presentation (preferably in Spanish) that shows the benefits of the product, with the aim that help us in the APPROVAL

Podrían ayudarme con las siguientes dudas:

1. Los módulos HMS incluidos en este paquete tienen traducción a Español para América Latina?

2. Si se adquiere el modulo en versión 13 y mas adelante se realiza upgrade a una versión posterior, se tendría acceso a los módulos en su nueva versión?

3. ¿Qué tipo de soporte está incluido con este módulo?

4. ¿Manejan soporte en español?

Hello Dear,

1> By default transaction is not included in module functionality or pricing. But yes we have some Spanish translation which you can use and if needed you can update by your own also. (any support on translation will be paid service. it is not part of the module.)

2> Any version purchase is separate purchase means if you purchase v13 you do not get access to v14 or v15. You need to purchase it separately. We will suggest starting with v15 only as it is the latest version.

3> any bug support will be provided free of cost till the Odoo version is LTS. For the old version, 30 day support will be there.

4> Yes, We can provide Spanish support through our HMS Partner.
