Installation required: pip install docx-mailmerge You just need to design a word template file and put it on odoo. So you have a design template on word.DEMO

I install on Odoo 12E and get error : ---- Field `file_template_data` does not exist Error context: View `ir.actions.report.inherit` [view_id: 2979, xml_id: n/a, model: ir.actions.report, parent_id: 7] None" while parsing /opt/odoo50/custom/addons/populating_ms_word_template/views/ir_actions_report_views.xml:3, near ir.actions.report.inherit ir.actions.report Please Help Rgds
