Service Requests

Summary: This module allows you to create various service requests of any category (HR, IT, maintenance...etc) for any department, users can submit new requests, obtain approvals then administrators / managers can approve / reject / cancel requests, this module is useful for all company departments and can help track and resolve all user requests.

Description

Create a request of your choice, specify the category of the request (HR, IT) then select the type of request (salary certificate, NOC certificate, Request for a laptop, etc).



You can also create new request category and assign who are all the approvers in request category level:



You can also create new request type and assign the category of the reequest type:



after the creation of request you need to send the request using send request button: then the state will automaticaly change to Waiting for approval:



Approver can approve or cancel the request:



If the case is resolved then you can close the document by clicking on close button



here you can view all of the requests and corresponding state of requests in kanban view



here you can group by employee, request type, category, etc in tree view
