Generic Request SLA

License: OPL-1 docs CR&D

Generic Request SLA is a module of the Generic Request application. The module allows you to use a Service Level Agreement when dealing with requests. It allows you to set time for each stage of the requests, control the execution of requests, make log records for each request, etc.

SLA has very flexible configuration: you can set up different SLA rules for each stage of every request type. You can also set various time limits for one rule depending on request category
