Description
Modul omogućuje slanje računa kroz EDI Exite platformu. Kompatibilno sa Hrvatskim standardom za slanje E-račun.
Module enables the sending of invoices trough EDI Exite platform. Compatible with Croatian standard for sending E-invoice.
Company settings
Na postavkama tvrtke unosi se Exite korisničko ime / lozinka, GLN (global location number) tvrtke i FINE. EDI je moguće koristiti u testnom ili produkcijskom okruženju.
On company setting enter Exite username / password, GLN (global location number) of the company and FINA (Central Croatian financial institution). You can use EDI in test or production environment
Partner settings
Na partneru je potrebno upaliti "Javna nabava" kvačicu ako se radi o partneru obvezniku javne nabave (B2G) ili upisati GLN šifru partnera (B2B).
On partner form enable the "Public procurement" checkbox if the partner falls under Croatian law of public procurement (B2G) or enter GLN code of partner (B2B).
Account invoice EDI EXITE Integration
Na računu, pod akcijama, a nakon završetka računa odaberite opciju „Slanje u EDI“. Na novom EDI tabu možete vidjeti stanje i povratnu poruku.
On account invoice, under actions, clik on „Send to EDI“. On a newly added tab „EDI“ you can see the state and returned message.
EDI EXITE Integration screen
Na novom meniju EDI Exite pod poslanim stavkama možete vidjeti poslane račune i status istih.
On a new menu item „EDI Exite“ under Sent you can see sent invoices and statuses.
