Set stage as default for new project and will no longer be need to add them manually each time.

Set default assigned to user and it will appear as default user in User Auto Assignment table (project settings).

Enable technical features
Open menu Project >> Stages >> Choose stage/Create new
Assign Default Assigned to if you have user which always be responsible for current stage
Mark Default for New Projects if stage must be in all new project as default stage
Open menu Project >> Projects >> Choose project/Create new
In User Auto Assignment table >> Assigned to column assign users which you want to be assigned to task, when task is in related stage (Stage column). IMPORTANT! These settings is unique per project.

Open menu Project >> Tasks >> Choose task
Click on any Stage in bar under Edit/Create buttons, Assigned to field will change value depending on configuration in project settings.
