System level settings

  • Add company domain, company email and password to establish connection with zendesk.
  • You can also select delete option.
  • You can select auto syncing of tickets.
  • You can select your desired options for syncing.
  • You can select your desired time of interval for syncing.

  • First install your zendesk connector
  • It will automatically install helpdesk
  • And then click on that helpdesk icon

  • After open helpdesk account click zendesk settings

  • First step, give company domain, company email, and password.
  • Second step, Save the setting
  • Third step,Click on Test Connection to establish the connection.


Syncing Settings

  • Click on sync menu
  • Select company domain
  • Select Start date and End date
  • Select Your Sync options
  • Click on sync data ( it will start syncing immediately)


Zendesk auto syncing setting

  • You can enable or disable auto syncing option for ticket syncing.
  • You can activate scheduler
  • You can give desired time of interval for syncing
  • Click on save, to save the setting
